I bought it because it was cold water fill, A+ energy rated & had a 1600 spin. It worked ok for the first part of the year, then really badly let me down.

The washing machine is in my garage. Within 9 months the cold weather had affected it - some parts were frozen and then broke & I had a 6 week wait for a replacement part. Not impressed really that not enough of these parts were in the country...

excellent all round machine and operates very quietly

cylce times are slightly longer than I have been used to; you can modify the cycles but I do not always want to sacrifice wash options to increase speed

Good wash performance, very easy to use, plenty of room inside so you can do a large was and its cut down on the amount of times I need to do the washing because of this. The price was unbeatable and the fact that its A energy rated along with the same...

A little noisy when on spin cycle but its a 1600 spin so its expected.
