Everything ! How it stopped working at 13 months old .poor quality poor after sales service. Poor me !!!!

When you wash towels the drum rattles and bangs hitting the front of the washing machine when it is on the spin cycle. It makes a dent on the metal. I was told it was because the towels were not loaded properly.
