Door malfunctioned on receipt, could not use, Daewoo not open at weekend, we did not get it replaced for 5 days. Once new machine received it worked OK

This machine seemed like a good value for the price with a large drum size and useful features like a quick wash.

It was broken on arrival and did not survive the test cycle. The machine would not drain and the door would not open even when engaging the special "drain" button. The machine was also very heavy to move and ended up in the middle of the laundry room...

Machine did not work properly from day 1 the program keeps resetting itself so you never know when your washing is going to finish or if it is going to even complete a proper wash. To make matters worse 11 weeks down the line the repair engineer says...

very efficient and plenty of economy programmes including 20 minute wash which is very useful,
