Great Idea, Poorly Executed and Backed

 

Saves space, energy effecient, ductless drying does not raise humidity in your house--in fact, I think it lowers it!

Design flaw: water leaks from the tray at top left front (where you're supposed to put your powdered additives) even when you do not put anything in, powdered additives DO NOT dissolve--blocking the outlet. Only one temperature for drying--BARBECUE!...

do not buy

 

i did not buy this from newegg.

great space saver

when the unit breaks it will take more than 6 weeks to get replacement parts. Haier does not even have most of their own parts in stock.

wash/dry combo

 

I live alone and this is the best size for me. I can wash my clothes at home rather than going to the laundromat. It does leave items damp/dry after the normal cycle but you can dry longer if you wish or just hang the clothes to dry as I do.

Horrible Service

 

I bought a new Wash/dryer combo. It stopped drying, had service out they showed up wouldn't do anything because only one guy showed up, came a second time looked it over ordered a part but the thing started working, three weeks later got a survey call...
