Arrived 2 weeks ago. Machine is extremely noisy. Wondering if there is something wrong with it. Also outer case is very flimsy.

Bought for the one touch app and just spoke to Hoover and app doesn't work with android 9 only works with 8 and lower so bought this for nothing what a waste of money

I bought this washing Machine and the front was bent inwards. Really disappointed that hoover could send an appliance out as badly damaged as this one. They need to have a look at their quality control.

Material used to create the washing machine is too delicate, already damage and only had this item for 3 months

Using this for the past 2 weeks and it's amazingly quiet and being a 10kg holds plenty of washing. Clothes come out nice and clean and smell amazing with conditioner
