Transport bolts awkward to remove; I had to open the machine to remove them as they'd broken off inside. Only an inconvenience really and only if installing yourself.

i like every thing about it the way it looks to the way it works i love my machine

at the moment i dont have any bad to say and i dont think i will thank you hotpoint

I like the tanks for storing the conditioner and liquid

Quite expensive

The large drum is excellent and makes such difference. Also like the detergent and softener storage tanks too

Some of wash cycles are far too long

Easy to use apart from see below. Quiet when operating. Cold water feed only. Style Easy ti install

No clear instruction on how to use prewash or light load as with previous Hotpoint machines .

Overall me and my husband have found the washing machine to be excellent, with great features and a large size drum which we needed. great digital display and child lock system. you can also delay the wash. basically I would recommend it to anyone.

The only bad points which i think are minor would be just the increase of noise at the point of the last spin cycle and the other would be lots of featrures which can cause you to get lost in them
