Good spin

Temperature its only till 60 degree. Old machine had 90 degree

The handbook with instructions, etc was more complicated than the actual programmes when I began to use them. Could do with simplifying the design of the manual

Quiet and easy to use machine

Washing cycles take too long. No short cycles and no 50 degree wash. Also set drying times without option to choose times

Would like shorter drying times

The machine is excellent and smooth

Hotpoint failed to completely fix the door to the washing machine. Hotpoint sent the wrong part several times, despite being given photos and clear explanation. Hopeless and frustrating

Clothes come out clean

Wash cycles too long. Clothes too wrinkled on all drying cycles

very easy to install myself in a matter of minutes

Very quiet through wash and has many great cycles to choose from, the dryer is excellent and does a great job of drying your clothes

Only thing I would alter is spin is quite noisy

This washing machine is really quiet

The condenser dryer means the clothes have a rubberry smell, but I think it might go after a while

Very quiet and washes well but unless you opt for a low spin cycle everything is creased

The dryer is hopeless it takes forever and even with the anticrease on the wash cycle everything comes out creased and you can't iron it out. I tried drying one sheet only and kept checking it wasn't over dry but it still creased
