Easy to use Quiet Good size drum

Less than a year old and it is having the whole drum unit replaced due to issues with bearings it’s is squeaking and grinding and smells hit like something is burning! I’m without a machine now while it’s being fixed, yes under warranty but still...

The only good point I can think of is that it's got a drum big enough for a king size quilt

It's overpriced for the quality you get. Cycles take far too long, a quick wash seems to be around an hour and a half while a full wash is closer to 3 hours

Very easy to use it is quite when spining

I like the fact it has a fast 20 min wash . Like that its very quiet.

1400 spin I thought should leave the clothes a little less wet when finished spinning, as my previous hotpoint did .

wash comes out excellent... like the lower spin noise and that much of the water from clothes is actually wrung out, so drying time reduced considerably.

no particular stain removal feature; have to look up specifics every time - perhaps as just not that familiar w/ product, but a bit of an annoyance.
