Broke within 10 minutes and the service from Hotpoint was shocking

The cycles are too long.

The wash cycle selector dial failed 2 months after the 1 year guarantee expired. The machine still works, but it is impossible to tell which wash cycle is being used. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Looks good, easy to install and operate. Good cleaning capability.

Easy to operate

It's easy to use, looks good, quiet when in use, and cleans clothes on all cycles. Pleased with machine. Have always bought Hotpoint and never disappointed.

My only criticism is that even with the high spin speed, when I use the quick wash, I have to use the spin cycle afterwards as clothes are are alittle wet.
