Good choice of programmes, really quiet & easy to use. The timer is really usefukl.

Can't work out how to remove the washing liquid dispenser to clean it.

The machine appears to wash well, it is reasonably quiet.

I really think that the door should have been white and not chrome as it looks like an after thought. I always have to wipe clean the rubber rim as there is always lots of water there and I don't want it to start smelling, my previous Hotpoint did not...

not as good as other cheaper hotpoint washing machines

to get a 50 degree wash its got to be on for onehalf hours to two and then depending on the spin witch are all different you have to put it on fast spin

Doesn't get clothes clean nothing smells fresh and stains remain on clothes. My old machine 20 years old did a far better job and I'm really disappointed in this machine x
