service from hotpoint fitter was excellent.showed me how to work the machine nothing was to much trouble for him.took the old machine and rubish away.so it was worth paying the extra money to have this done..the machine works a treat.ihave always had...

been married 40yrs,we have bought plenty of washers,but this hotpoint is the best yet,its eco friendly rated A+, its quite, my shirts etc smell nice, easy to iron,yes it does what it says on the box.,
