This washer is brilliant for throwing my weeks washing in in one go ,I can do one wash and save electric as the drum is huge

This machine has packed up after 13 months , just out of warranty , now have to pay 120 to get it fixed , poor customer service from hotpoint

I bought this a week ago and so far so good. Washes so clean, very quiet and very efficient. I hope it carries on like that.

What can I say other than excellent! Easy to use and cleans well. Love the large load capacity.

Don't buy it; our machine lasted six months and then after 3 repairs they said it couldn't be fixed, don't buy
