Very large capacity for both washing and drying and very smooth and quiet.

Has a strange rubber lip which has drainage holes around the rim that keep needing defluffing (minor niggle).

Bigger drum means I can now wash duvets and pillows without having to go to the dry cleaners. I'm also saving water and energy as I only need to do two large washes a week.

At the moment I haven't any bad points to record.

Looks great and very quiet. Dry cycle so much better than my last machine and (as long as you don't overload it) washing comes out dry.

Not many downloadable cycles and can only have one installed at a time. Minor point though as there are plenty of programmes on the machine.
