The clothes inside get very clean and the unit is very easy to operate. If the load is unbalanced it is hard to get the unit open to balance it. We have even had to unplug the unit and restart. The soap cup gets clogged and moldy inside, the good part...

We have only had this washer/dryer combo a week and have used it every day to catch up on laundry since the other machine(not a LG) broke down again. It has plenty of options for cleaning, Very nice looking especially sitting on the pedestal.
