It is very quiet during a wash cycle. It is very well made.

Miele failed to provide a manual in the machine which made using it rather hit or miss until one was provided, which was not an original document but a photocopy provided from Miele.

Great machine, lot's of different cycles, very quiet and get's the clothes really clean.

It is expensive but you do get what you pay for.
