Best washing machine I have ever had

Only bad point is some of the cycles are a bit long

The Add On system is a massive plus. It's quiet and also like the extra options for specific stains etc. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I cannot seem to be able to set it up correctly on my phone and loses the wireless connection but this could be because of the position it has in our kitchen and it's further away from the router. Still very happy with everything else.

Happy with the product

The Samsung is so quiet and the washing comes out really clean and fresh. The controls are easy to use and this machine actually plays a tune when you switch it on and when the cycle is finished.

It would prove helpful if customers can see a video of this machine especially the controls. This would prove beneficial

It's silly I know, but when it finishes it plays a little tune! Very quiet and we seem to be getting great results.

ITS NICE TO ADD THINGS THAT YOU MAY OF DROPPED AT A LATER TIME THROUGH ANY CYCLE,IT ALSO LIGHTS UP INSIDE THE DRUM AND CAN BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR MOBILE TO MAKE SETTINGS AND OPERATIONS SO EASY,ITS SUCH A BREEZE.

PITY IT WASNT THOUGHT OF YEARS AGO.
