Constantly unbalanced

 

For the past 4 years I've struffled with this washing machine. I wish I had stuck to the old faithful as this just doens't seem sturdy and I don't think its going to last much longer without me chucking it out the window.

Looks nice, electronic controls

Constantly stops as the whole inside bowl rocks to and fro, goes unbalanced so the thing just stops. You can't chuck a load of washing on and just go out, because there is a high chance you'll come home to a flashing 'U' on the display and water still...

Terrible

 

My neighbour wanted me to look at their machine as it was out of warranty and stopped pumping water. Turns out the pump/impeller is broken but Samsung will only supply authorised repairers with parts! This is extremely poor after sales support in my...
