Using the HD record tends to drop the framerate really low. If you want to record HD, make sure you have a powerful laptop. Recording frame rate for me dropped into the teens even with a 2ghz dual core processor, 4 GB RAM, and 256MB video card

If you have a desktop buy something that has a long enough cable so you can actually use it.

The camera seems to operate just fine and do what its meant to do, though I really wouldn't know

the cable is a foot long and has no stand alone clip to fit on to a monitor. The camera comes with a stand and the cable literally hangs 6 inches below the desk making it IMPOSSIBLE to plug into a computer that is below your desk or in a cabinet. I am...
