Received broken product and had trouble with Lorex on how to fix or replace. Ended up returning to HSN.

This is one of the worst items I have ever bought I do not recommend this item its not worth the money doesn't work that well and on battery back-up should last 4 hours doesn't even last 2 hours not worth it don't spend your money on this you'll thank...
