This is obviously not a webcam, since it says "Cleaning Equipment ; Buyer beware

It works, quite well.

 

I don't use the built-in mic, but it sounds decent.

Good quality (16:9, 1920x1080, MAX) ; Extremely flexible and stable mounting ; Decent software control ; Usage indicator light

Not quite against the camera, but: when using with Skype, the aspect ration will jump between fullscreen and widescreen (I'm assuming based on connection)

Fantastic Purchase!

 

Attached to an external monitor connected to my laptop - works perfectly! Software install was flawless. Just needed to choose the most appropriate audio input and I was good to go. Superb video and audio. Highly recommended.

Flawless

 

Plugged into my late 2012 Mac mini and it immediately worked with photo booth, Skype and FaceTime. No issues. Mic works too

Maybe if you needed 1080 you'd want to spend more, but this is totally adequate for my desktop needs

DOA -> RMA

 

I'm a little concerned with the QA process for Referb items is I received a DOA product, but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt since sometimes shipping damage can happen especially with padded evelopes.

Good Specs at a great price

1st Referb item arrived DOA ; Went through Newegg's RMA process and another one is on the way. I'm hoping I have better luck with this one
